Kozy’s was owned and operated by the Koneiczny family for over forty years, Randy and Monica Genzman recently purchased this family restaurant in October 2021.  Randy and Monica are both born and raised in Oak Harbor and felt the need to keep this legendary family restaurant open, to serve the community.  We are pleased to provide a small diner atmosphere and menu,but strive to meet the changing needs of our customers. Whether you are planning a family night out, are meeting a friend for lunch, or need to grab a quick breakfast, we look forward to seeing you. We offer daily specials, a great selection of grilled items, and a variety of desserts and ice cream. We are especially pleased to offer our popular breakfast menu all day, every day.

    Many of our customers appreciate the lay-out of our parking lot and entrance. There are no steps to navigate, which is safer and more convenient for both guests with mobility issues and those whose young children are often “on the move.” In addition, we offer counter service which can be great on those days when you have to just “eat and run.” No matter what your preferences, needs, or food cravings, we look forward to making you feel at home and getting to know you a little better!
